Our HELP services are still available to answer your questions and help solve your technical problems. Do you have questions about using your PC or laptop? Apple devices? Smartphones? Applications? Get FREE one-on-one assistance on a variety of technical challenges. Just Click here to request help from one of our volunteers. A Raleigh Senior TechEd volunteer will contact you by phone or email as soon as possible to address your technical question or problem. And it’s all FREE!
We are also hosting in-person “drop-in” Open Help Workshops on Wednesdays or Thursdays for $5 at different locations.
We have a NEW Open Help site at Overture at Crabtree, located at 4408 Marriott Dr., Raleigh, NC 27612 — right off the I-440 Beltline at Glenwood and Leadmine Roads, across from Crabtree Valley Mall. Overture’s Open Help series will be held on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Please be aware that each Instructor must communicate directly with each registered student to arrange for the Zoom link, when applicable, and often must send a copy of the class handout. Register early, at least 3 to 4 days before the class is scheduled, so that this information can reach you in time. Registration will be closed 24 hours before the class is scheduled.
You can register online by clicking the Register Now link for each class. You can then pay online either with a PayPal account or by using a personal credit/debit card through PayPal as a guest. You can also register online but pay by check by downloading the invoice, printing it, and mailing it to us with a check. If you prefer, you can also download our registration form and mail it to us with your payment.
